THINKING ENVIRONMENT FACILITATOR COURSE
Everything begins with thinking. If our thinking is good, our decisions are good, our actions are good, our outcomes are good. So what does it take for us to think for ourselves – with rigour, imagination, courage and grace?
Course Outline:
We will refresh our knowledge and understanding of the Ten Components and the four Building Blocks of a Thinking Environment and think about how they can be applied when designing and delivering facilitated events or sessions of any kind.
Together we will develop expertise in working with Thinking Pairs, Dialogue, Rounds and Open Discussion.
We will also practice delivering the four full applications of Transforming Meetings, Presentations, The Time To Think Council and Timed Talk (Reducing Conflict).
And last, but by no means least, we will cover bespoke applications: Facilitation of Groups and Interviews
All these applications will help you turn groups and organisations into Thinking Environments.
The course will be taught and facilitated in a Thinking Environment, and we will learn by doing and from one another in the group, putting the learning into practice.

9.30 to 5.00pm each day
Plus 6 months Practicum, including 4 hours one-to-one online supervision.
